The anatomy - especially the jockey's posing here - is really great, and there's notable improvement from the rest of your gallery! I also really like the color scheme you have for the silks there, and Creed's design is really nice. I actually have a pet goat back home with a very similar marking on his side!

In the way of critique, the big thing I'd work on is adding texture to the track, and I'd change the shape of the rails - usually they're bent inward, so that the horizontal bar is not directly above the vertical ones. Also, I'd create little piles of dirt at their bases so that the bottom parts aren't completely horizontal and are more three-dimensional looking. With shading, I'd either use 2d shading for everything, including the rails, or use a painted style (like you did with the rails) for everything. Alternatively, you could also do a simple flat/shaded subject with a painted background if you wanted to go for a Miyazaki kind of feel, which I think could be really cool. My last recommendation would be to add more layers to the clouds at a low opacity brush, maybe 40-50% softness, so that they blend in more. Good luck!
